This is so awesome. I was just reading over on Japanator that they're making a Hollywood version of Death Note. This is pretty amazing news, and all I have to say is that they better not screw this up. Death Note has a ton of potential in the US, not only because it's a massive hit in Japan, but because it's in many ways already a hit among those that follow Japanese subculture in the US.
