'Mr. Ando of the Woods,' another ridiculous Japanese cartoon

I suspect this is from the creators of Salaryman Man, but I can't be sure (Someone please confirm if you know). But check out this cartoon "Mr Ando of the Woods'. It certainly tops Salaryman Man on the ridiculous scale - surely there must be such a scale in Japan - and the song at the end is both touching and hilarious.
